Do you have a showroom?

We do have showroom locate in our office. Product viewing and meetings are by appointment only. Please contact us at 905-477-9678 to schedule an appointment.

Are all of our products safe?

All off our product that we carry are CUL and/or ETL approval.

Are any of your products stock items?

Most of our products in the web site are stocked.

Why do we need to send out the warranty card?

By returning this card, we can confirm the date of purchase for your product. This confirmation is of benefit to your, especially if your original proof of purchased is lost.

Is the information given to you are secure?

Absolutely! We respect your privacy and any information provided is kept on our local hard drive and is used for reference purposes only. We do not sell your information or give it to anyone for any reason. All information will be kept in our files for up to ten years.

Where should I go for repair?
